Choose an item (a gadget, an appliance, a toy, an item of clothing, a complement...) and describe it, saying what it is like, what it is made of, what colour it is, what hight, width, lenth or size it is, what it is used for, who invented it, how long it has been around or how long you have had it. Say also why you have choosen that item for your description. 
Once you have planned your description, say it as many times as you need until you feel confident enough. Then, record yourself, save and name the file and upload it.
